I hope Warne can soon start being a bit more flexible and not stubbornly sticking to teams and tactics that are not producing the goods. I appreciate that the manager sees the players every day and has to take into consideration what players are doing in training. At the end of the day though it is what players do on match days not the training ground that counts. We desperately need a couple of good results if the main thing we had going for us last season (confidence) does not disappear.
