No matter what the courts or politicians say, Trump will buy himself out of any mess he may or may not be in. I would wager he’s bought himself out off many sticky situations in the past. He’s a nasty, nasty piece of work!

Much depends on midterm elections due in November which Russia will try to influence. Microsoft have shut down some accounts set up for the purpose and are providing software to protect candidates from hacking free of charge.

Trump supporters seem happy that he may have paid money, broken the law, as he is delivering on his promises. Threats to impeach him may strengthen his position, so any such proposals will need careful thought.

Sinkov, I find your argument for being a Trump cheerleader bizarre - (if you are being serious!).

You admire him because he annoys lefties.

I do not consider myself a lefty - I will support policies that makes the lives of myself, my family and my country better - no matter which party or which person comes out with the policy.

Here are some other people who annoyed lefties....Mussolini, Bin Laden, Hitler, Richard Nixon, Saddam Hussein. I presume that, because of your rationale, you admire these people as well?

Anyway, I wouldn't worry. The Trump supporters in the USA don't seem bothered about the latest news at all. They seem to have their own moral code.

Those people you list 59/60, they're all gone now, so are of no interest to me, except that I will say it is my belief that the West's incursion into Iraq to depose Saddam was a catastrophic error, for which countless thousands have paid with their lives. Far better imo to have let him be, and the same goes for the futile attempts to similarly depose Assad. Better keep a hold of nurse, for fear of finding something worse.

I agree with most of that Sinkov - the coalition may be back on.

BUT...I insist on being the Foreign Secretary. I'm placing an order for a dozen Trump blimps right away
