Bit off the football talk but I've just got tickets to go see him at Newcastle metro on Oct 13th. Anyone else on here going? And if your not that into boxing Ritson is a Geordie with knockout power in both hands. The atmosphere at his fights is like being in the Gallowgate before Ashley took over and his ring walk music is Toon Toon Black and White Army going into Blaydon races. I canny wait.

Mentioned him on here a few months back.My mate told me about him ages ago as he knows him from the various gyms in the area and he is an amateur boxing ref.He is known as the Geordie Golovkin.Absolutely brilliant fighter.
You will love it mate.His last fight at the arena the atmosphere was unbelievable.If anything like his last fights though it won't last long.

Yeah I've watched all his fights so far and the Geordie Golovkin tag fits him well. And yeah I loved seeing his dad walking around the ring with the Lonsdale belt above his head. I think his next fight will be a bit tougher like the lad went the distance with Mendy who beat Luke Campbell. But yeah I still think it'll be over pretty quick lol.

Yeah and wear black and white striped shorts. Usually has the crest in the centre of his warmup vest as well. He's well worth a watch and imo is the next best thing in British boxing and he's one of us. 👍🏻

i go to all of Lewis Ritson fights he will win the European Title they can not live with his power. He has a warm up fight in Birmingham next weekend on the Amir Khan bill which will be on sky
