You're not really suggesting he can't so the job because he's 65 ? I don't think we're planning to put him in the back 4 and he's got a lot of experience at that age. Most of us will still be working at 65 and given football's practices he probably won't be here for more than a few years anyway.

Being past it is a pre-requisite for a DoF. The who can still manage, do. He was probably the man HK was led to expect, so there should be no-issues there.
