    He's been terrible for a long time now. His claim as a central midfielder used to be that he was solid and could pick a decent pass and defend the ball alright as well. At the moment he can't seem to do any of these things at an acceptable level.

    Surely we have someone to go in and replace him? No? We didn't invest in quality and depth in the summer? Oh ok.

    When he plays to his best, he's a good player...but we hardly ever see that player any more. His best days-such as they were-are long behind him.

    He's just taking up a space really in the team yet thanks to Mike's lack of investment he is probably still the best option for that space.

    Which is devastating.

    Not sure we could even give him away at this stage.

    He is pish. He had 10 or so good games last season and that is it for 2 1/2 yrs.

    Not good enough!
