    Pardew being touted for the Southampton job when they sack Hughes ... God help them .

    Didn't he go there previously and it was a disaster?

    It baffles me how he is continuingly being linked to big jobs.

    I don't think much of Hughes but Phartdue's a bigger step down. So that's one relegation place taken already.

    I think its a master stroke for them if it happens. He does brilliantly for the first 8 months or so.Then he starts to mould every team into his vision, i think the official term is "Pardewed"

    Obviously they will need to get rid of him before next season

    He lost the plot big time at West Brom though. He's been caught out and been Pardewed himself.
