Understand your reason....but what would make you want to give money to another club

I'm a football fan with no affiliation to any other club so would still be a Dundee fan. I'd be retired but would need a hobby - hence other, smaller local club.

£2M would be huge to a Forfar and might even bring relative success but £2M is nothing in real terms to Dundee FC. To make a difference at Dundee you're talking £5M to £10M and that difference would only be a short term one and would likely not produce any success.

Stick your 76 million up your arse
My historic connection to DFCSS is just that - historic.

My opinion on double queuing has been changed (toed the party line at the time) and I genuinely think it's a bit (but not much) of an inconvenience to some.

The whole hose thing is a minter for this board and typifies what it's become - the hoses don't matter in the wider scheme of the situation the club's currently in. Islay has made a mountain out of that particular pile of hoses.

Jim Thomson is a decent guy doing a difficult job who doesn't deserve the stick people on his board give him.

    What a cheek.
I looks an eyesore from Dens Road. In October 2016 I was at the wake after funeral at Dundee Crematorium. At the funeral tea I was speaking to a person who had not been in Dundee for a while and the day before the funeral he had taken a trip up to Dens Park. This person said to me that the former Stairway to Heaven was an eyesore and a disgrace for supporters walking up it to take their place in the South Enclosure.
I advised him that that area was closed off with the turnstiles further down Dens Road.
If a former Dundee resident thinks it is an eyesore goodness knows what people think sitting the buses going up and down Dens Road.
If Jim Thomson had told me the truth that he had no intention of moving the hoses I would have accepted it but I objecct strongly to twice being ‘fobbed off’ with a lame excuse. There are several places that these hoses could be moved to which are out of sight from Dens Road but there is no will to do so.

Good to know that you looks an eyesore from Dens Road. However I care even less about how bad you look than your crappy hose nonsense.

For the record I pass down Dens Road regularly and have never noticed hoses.

Laziness, sheer laziness from someone in a comfortable position with no one asking him questions
