Close enough to Nottingham so he can commute.
Big-ish club wants reawakening and closer to Liverpool.
Most importantly he might come and sign some of our dead wood and his drinking partners and get them of our wage bill.
    Fingers,Toes and all appendages crossed...
Maybe, just maybe he might take Crossley and Chettle with him.....

Yeah, I bet the likes of Hawkridge, Tootle, Duffy, Brisley and Jones would jump at the chance of playing under Nolan again. They won't mind the drop out of the league either - that's where they're heading if they stay or if they go.

Genius Idea... might not even have to sack most of them... just send them all to Chesterfield...

I don't understand peoples problems with Chettle, he was doing a great job at Ilkeston and most people that watch our U23's talk about how great they are, people should watch them, "they're better than the first team" etc. I'm guessing it's because of his Forest links but it's just silly imo.

Not sure what kind of big name coaches with no previous links to Nottingham Notts fans seem to think we should be able to attract to coach our reserves and goalkeepers to be honest or would fans just prefer people they'd never heard of? I'm guessing not because then Hardy would just be accused of doing things on the cheap. Which if that numpty MIG is correct he certainly isn't doing it on the cheap with what he's meant to be paying Chettle.

What has Crossley brought to the team...?
Has the keeper improved because of his coaching?
If the under 23's are as good as you say is this all his work,I'm sure it's not.
Chettle and Crossley are both Red Dogs and that's enough of a reason for me that they don't belong.

There's my answer, as expected, nothing to do with how good they may or may not be at coaching...

Bet you'd welcome Ryan Yates back in January though...

Well he's certainly improved since the start of the season, ok he had a bad one against Maccs but he's saved us on a few occasions before that.

Only in the sense that he's gone from being a complete liability to below average.
