Aye, I can't see Hibs looking at the 2012 final as a "success". Neither will we look at all those finals we've lost as a "success" should we win the Scottish Cup next year.

Spot on. Far too many people connected with the club don’t bother about success and are more than happy picking up a losers medal. The mentality is wrong but with M&M it won’t be changing anytime soon.

So basically, your saying that every club should have sacked their manager in the SPL in both the last two seasons.
If you fail to win a league or cup, that’s failure and a sackable offence.

Not convinced the managerial are teams that thrive off the short term boost from a managerial changeout to stave off relegation.
