Don't know them at all 59, never got much north of Mungrisedale. Sounds like an easy day out for an intrepid mountaineer like your good self.

Aye Sinkov. The hills are totally different up there - mainly rolling grassy things. It was very pleasant though and as usual the views were superb. Another good day.
