    Wouldn't want to be arrested in the USA...

    Just watched both seasons of "Making a Murderer" on Netflix.....Jesus - True story that absolutely beggars belief!

    If this is "Justice" American style - it's no wonder so few on death row are ever pardoned.

    Like most on here fed up with Brexit and all the crime and problems we have in Blighty - but compared to what has happened to Steve Avery and Brendan Dassey ................

    What is the view Stateside boys?

    Exactly Alf, Doesn't matter what else he's done in his life - he has been badly let down all the way up the US Legal ladder!

    * Keeps head down. Walks nonchalantly away from thread *

    I know things aren't always great in Blighty either, but this is not a good place to be if you are in any way lacking in resources.

    * Starts running *

    Our justice system is seriously ducked. Not seen the show but th concept of equal justice for all is a joke. Some sailor takes a snapshot of his bud on a sub and gets 10 years hard time for classified info leak. The same month our Secretary of State has 50,000 e mails on a private server on a bathroom of her house with the password clinton1 with some having the highest clearance you can have. Over 50 peolple get e mails from it and share with others. It gets hacked by countless countries and several people are killed after getting exposed. No trial and no investigation. Equal justice for all is a joke. If you have money you can buy your way out of anything short of murder.
