So I ask the question since when was it a Police matter for someone to walk/stand on a PUBLIC Road/Footpath and look through a fence?

If it is right and it is a Police matter then maybe we should all call the Police out to people who walk down our streets and look over our fences or walls which have clear views into our Gardens or onto our houses.

As it would appear the man was committing no crime why have the Police issued a photograph and the statement that they did. They would not do the same for every person they were called out to as it could be suggested that they could be attempting to be Prosecutor, Judge and Jury regardless of a crime or not.
If the police got a report of someone behaving suspiciously in a hedge they were bound to investigate.

Agree that the police lice these days tend to make media comments too readily though rather than getting on with their job.

The outrage of the pundits on tv was pathetic though, ‘professional’ fouls have been sadly endemic in the game for years and all players look to gain an advantage. Not a fan of spying on other teams training but no outlawed by the rules and I am sure it has gone on for years with as part of producing a dossier on the other team.

postive is it shows how obsessed MB is and the detail he gets into.

It's getting out of hand now.

Martin Keown - Football Focus "Not happy about it, obviously. The moral code of sport has been severely breached here. It's almost a Johnny English moment isn't it with boltcutters, binoculars and a ladder.

i got sacked once because i took annual leave I thought I was entitled to but in the end wasnt apparently, and I only got done for this because one guy took a thousand more hours than he was entitled to and got sacked, so they threw the book at everyone.

point is, if they throw the book at bielsa, then throw the book at EVERY manager who has done the same or similar

its always 1 rule for leeds and another for everyone else

what about the cheating refs leeds keep getting, last night it was a cheating linesman, alioski was not offside, it should have been a penalty!

It is, if it was scumchester/west ham or any other of the media darlings it would have been laughed off by now.

But because its Leeds, there will be repercussions.
Expect a points deduction at the worst.
At the best, the refs and linesmen will be even more anti Leeds.
AR needs a good lawyer and tie the ****ers up in knots.
They dont want us to succeed.

Recon that Alfie guy has got summot to do with all this.

The gaffer admitted, has nothing to hide, didn't think it was wrong, no cloak and dagger stuff, just the anti LEEDS brigade back on the band wagon trying to put the knife in. Media love it and we give them the finger. We ain't going anywhere and we are in your faces, like it or not. We are LEEDS.......and proud of it!
