    Love that away kit. Carter, Scanlon, Bradd, Vinter, Needham, McManus, Pedro ... ah, the players we had in those days. Of course, this being Notts, we lost the following game 4-0 at home to Luton, so I guess some things never change!

    The really depressing thing is that we could also pine for a return to the days of Civard Sprockel, Julian Jenner and Gil Squirts and bemoan the lack of a Thierry Audel nowadays
