I gather from your post marketing is not your company's strong point regardless of Brexit.
Plus we haven't actually left the EU yet and whilst most businesses are holding their breath they haven't closed down their companies either .

I'm not suggest it wouldn't be challenging post brexit but the point is that it's challenging for everyone in this sector .

I'm extremely angry kinder and many more of my colleagues are too .

Got a great workforce here and good site management with great products to sell , customer service is second to none .

We take away the old appliances plus the packaging on the new product which are then returned to Barnsley and recycled .

Delivered to your door 6 days a week .

    Can't believe it .

Going back three years we were a huge success according to what I've read online , very profitable .

What the feck happened here .

I've lost my job previously and you could make a solid case for it and couldn't complain but this is different altogether .

Feeling let down because I really bought in to this company all the way .

Top people asleep at the wheel here and can't be assed to wake from their slumber .

Never more gutted at how this has played out in my working life and that includes mining in the 80's .

Absolutely knocked the shyte out of me this .

Usually the workforce deep down, know when something is not working but don’t see the signs, but it doesn’t sound like this is the case.
This reminds me of a very similar scenario here in Lincoln, Two years ago a similar sounding organisation had a Funeral arm, Shops, Transport and Fresh food. Without notice the Transport and Fresh people were finished there and then at a moments notice, some of them having been there nearly forty years.
To make things worse how they did it was a shocking lack of respect in that they fetched them all in at the end of a shift, had added security there, told them and then marched them all straight off site.
It transpired in this instance new directors had come in said not making enough money as a group, and decided these two were not making enough individually so shut them down, no effort to turn round just made around 120 redundant at the swipe of a pen. In the meantime they continue to buy land and open more shops (largest landowner in Lincoln by some way).
Feel for you guys and wish you all the best.
