    Roughly half a mill

To rent Dens, roughly half a million losses.....if I was the owner with little emotional ties I wud be looking for something cheaper even in the short term.

Just as well for us Dees there's no suitable stadium for 25 miles.....oh **** hud on.

Blame half on DFCSS and half on Nelms' paypacket. Think DFCSS would stop a move or acknowledge it's their fault the rent is so high and stay quiet? Rent Starks Park, decent venue and great day out

didnt hear that are Dundee being told its 500k to rent dens from now on? I do know United have rejected a proposal to share tannadice - seemingly owners dont get on.

so is campy a dead duck?

Not on here to gloat just interested as knew dundee had asked to groundshare season after next as dens is in danger of being condemned at one area

By my reading it's no 500k to rent....that's everything I think.

Don't know about 2nd point but wouldn't surprise me.

Imho yes it is but that's just an opinion and I hope I'm wrong.

I don't think condemned but you either get a licence or you don't....if they didn't get a licence it wouldn't surprise me.

Rental costs since 2013 must be higher than the asking price at the time and that gap is only getting wider
