As a manager ( in any field ) the most important facet is how you articulate your thoughts and excite and inspire the team around you.

I said before he was appointed that during a stint on BBC 1 Midlands late night football programme a few years ago he was dreadful.

Slow speaking, ridden with cliches,no insightful comments.

I watch his interviews and find myself telling to “speed up FFS” as you watch the cogs slowly turning as he mentally gropes for the next sentence.

It’s painful and embarrassing to watch.

Sometimes in life people sometimes get promoted into positions they can’t cope with.....local councils and government ministers like “Failing” Grayling are examples.

You have to put people out of their misery sometimes and this is the case with Moore.

I’d suggest that if he was offered a long contract to work at the academy he’d probably be relieved.

The present situation is not sustainable,he will be booted in the summer if we fail to go up so we might as well do it now whilst interesting options are available.
    Very erudite, completely agree.

Jeez, I thought us leeds fans were negative!!
I know it's tough after a big defeat but you're only seven points off top spot with thirty three points to play for.
Still a loooooong way to go...

I know we are top 6 but many of our performances have been very poor and team selection becomes weirder and weirder.
    Spot on

Boingy, I've always admired your optimism but you have to admit that our home form since Xmas has been below par and coupled with last night's display, which was very poor, it is understandable that fans are becoming worried. I'm not one of the 'Moore Out' persuasion but he must rethink some of his selections and tactics. Yes, there are still a lot of points to play for and a lot of them are winnable but our form must improve.

Perhaps Boingy if you spent a bit of your cash and actually went to the games you too would be pissed off! Last night was no one off! A f uckin idiot could have picked a better formation and selected better players in the starting line up than that useless lump!

Three in the middle at Leeds - FFS with Barry and Livermore!!!! Gayle on the wing again - ha ha! What next Murphy or Montero at left back!

I make no apologies for the harshness!!! After putting up with it last night and going - the man is a clueless idiot!!!

Get rid now. If Bielsa was our manager we would easily be running away with the league!!!!

More chance of plaiting piss than him doing an Albion game. Not when he can free stream it.
His entire argument for selecting Kanu is that he falls over and wins free kicks.

Just because you go to all the games it doesn't make you an expert, your comment about Bielsa Imo is wrong with our squad we couldn't play the way Leeds played last night with their pressing game, Moore has tried to change the culture of our club from being a negative boring place to trying to play open
attacking football yes he got it badly wrong last night but as I keep saying our squad is not as good as some people think since Christmas we have effectively lost 2 players in Barnes and Phillips and we simply Don't have adequate replacements, yes we need to try something different but the problem all season has been the midfield and that is still the problem we had next to no creativity and pace last night and I don't see anyone at the club who is going to change that.

He has zero experience as any kind of manager, and to throw him into the Lions den of the championship was lunacy.
As Chris said he got lucky with results last season and the board were scared of racial prejudice if they gave the job to someone else. They caved in to pressure groups.
Sentiment will never win you anything.

I watched the game around the pub with some Wolves friends, and i was embarrassed when they kept putting the camera on Moore. What a big gormless looking bugger he looked.
No ideas, no plan B, no charisma no passion.
No chance of him ever getting sent to the stands.
He has rode his luck by having a good squad despite his awful tactics, but now that luck has run out.
I don't think we will make play offs under this buffoon.

My ten year old daughter could tell you Gayle is no winger. Played a pressing game - even Leeds supporters were shocked we had a 4-3-3 with a 38 year old - even Notts County would have pressed us for f uck sake. You mention no creativity - are you saying that numty Kanu has more creavity than Murphy or Montero? The guy is a useless clueless lump and many last night who had kept the faith - lost it!!!!

You say attacking football - well in these last two games we have not had one fantastic chance!! Not exactly Premier League is it!!

You say we don’t have adequate replacements - how many players has DM brought in and they don’t play?

Big deal the players paid £500 quid each towards the coaches last night! In my opinion they should now be refunding the ticket prices of all those who went last night. Pathetic performances of late and only one person is responsible for - formation - selection - subs - style of football!!

PS - even my ten year old posed the question - why when we were pathetic last night were subs not made at half time!
