On my next trip to Dundee I would happily sit at a table in the concourse of the Bobby Cox Stand before a home game to help sign up new members for DFCSS. However John Nelms would have to give permission to allow it to take place.

deformalise the whole thing, make it simpler, doesn't need to be so contrived, dee4life wasn't. most of their current income goes on solicitors and accountants, it's ridiculous. Be more open to the wider fanbase like they promised but never delivered on. Do other trusts/suppprters groups close out 98% of the fanbase then claim to be acting on their behalf, doubt it. stop slagging off the owners every chance they get might help. Blaming FPS because hartley wanted rid of Harkins after a fallout, selling hemmings who wanted away, same with stewart? Not helping.

Taintedice. You will probably not be able to read my post because you previously told me that you had me on ‘ignore’.
However here goes. DFCSS has to abide by their laid down rules but I can assure you that most of their current income is NOT spent on solicitors and accountants.
Since the beginning of this season (August 2018) the society entered the draw for the sponsorship of the youth football teams handing over £300, they have sponsored two first team players and according to an article on the DFCSS website given a donation to a Dundee Foodbank appeal. http://www.dee4life.com/news/172/the...nk-appeal.html

OAP concessions has nothing to do with DFCSS.
I assume that when you qualify for an OAP concession rate for your golf and/or membership of a golf club you will refuse to take it preferring to pay the full adult fee.

Why give to a foodbank ? This is what gets a lot of people annoyed with DFCSS, they’re not there to donate to food banks etc, people give to charity in their own way, they are meant to be there to help the club, how many people came out the foodbank with a couple of bags of messages and thought, I’m going to Dens on Saturday, if we’re going to give anything away, give away match tickets, bought by DFCSS, that way the club benefits

So why are they proposing FPS offer an even larger discount for oaps if it's nothing to do with them?

I am a member of a golf club that dosent offer oap concessions just very cheap concessions to under 18s.
