    Fatfan, - you're damned right I wouldn't have played Dobbs to protect the man (and the team)!

    What good is he out for the rest of the season FFS?

    Did the manager would have known his hamstring was going to go prior to the game? As you've said every game is a cup final which means the best players available need to be playing. If he was left out in a game like that and we lost 1.0 then the argument would be the other way. Nobody knew he was going to break down. You can argue about risk management etc but an injury like that can happen at any time. Doesn't matter if it's the first game in a fortnight or the 5th. The risk management should be done at training so he is available for games. Not leaving him out in case something happens to him
