Any goal scored against those vile c???? Should always stand even if the opposition player picks it up and carries it over the line.

They conveniently forget how they get away with stuff like Hourihane's punch and grabbing by the neck of Klich and Mcginn's lunge which only got a yellow.

Oh, and don't forget their home game against Ipswich handball where whilst on the ground the vile defender stuck his arm out and handled in front of the goal, but as per usual the refereeing in this div was s hit.

And don't forget no one can tackle greasy Jack, and our defence must part like the sea for the snake to slither through unhindered.

Like I said in my earlier post, you win some, you lose some. No football fans can really complain about handballs, time wasting or fouling as they all do it or are Villa different in that none of their players have deliberately gone in to take someone out? Donkey Hutton on Jason Koumas anyone? A chest high tackle studs first that could have caused more than a serious injury. Get my point?

Genuine questions to any passing Villa supporters.

Do you think Kodjia's equaliser against Stoke at Villa Park earlier this season should have stood?

Should your players have kicked the ball into touch so the Stoke player could receive treatment?

Should Villa have allowed Stoke to run through on goal from the kick off following your late equaliser?

Were the Villa players sporting and did they play within the spirit of the game?

Is Dean Smith an unsporting, hypocritical, whinging and or classless manager?

    Just wondered that's all........ .

Smith had better watch is wife too! She will either be swilling in the gutter with greasy Jack - sticking something up her nose or John Terry will be s hagging her!

As have already said - a truly horrible club with horrible supporters!

J Rod - against us for Southampton threw himself to the ground when there was no-one near him and the ref gave a pen, which he scored for the 3 points. I do agree that Grealish sometimes goes to ground too easily and Ashley Young had his fair share of critics including myself when he was with us. They do draw fouls too and Grealish is kicked all over the pitch, happened on his home debut as an 18 year old vs Hull - 3 bookings in the first 15 mins after he came on, all legit.

When he got sent off for diving 4 seasons ago against you - that's kind of my point, he dived and was booked yet he's accused of diving all the time and is never booked. No-one seems to care that a very talented footballer and potential future England lynchpin is getting clattered time & again.
Because he does dive all the time. He cannot ride a tackle. His instinct is to drop to the floor then wave his arms in the air.

13 goals in 7 years for Villa.

F u c k me......how will we English cope without “Plastic Englishman” diving Jack pulling the strings?

Maybe when he grows a set of b o l l o x and cuts the second division apron strings we can see how he copes against proper quality.

A lightweight, nonentity nomark at the present time.
    Well put.

Stripes - Hutton's chest high full blooded "challenge" was horrendous, but did anyone on here suggest in advance that he do so?

Should Villa have allowed Stoke to run through on goal from the kick off following your late equaliser? No, because no Villa player on the ball slowed and played the ball as if it were to go out, thus Stoke were not expecting the game to stop.

Is Dean Smith an unsporting, hypocritical, whinging and or classless manager? No, he walks on water

    In response to your answers:

    1. Do you think Kodjia's equaliser against Stoke at Villa Park earlier this season should have stood? - Yes, it was scored within the rules of the game, as was the Leeds goal, which also stodd.

    Fair enough.

    2. Should your players have kicked the ball into touch so the Stoke player could receive treatment? Yes

It wasn't a head injury or an obvious leg breaker, as such I disagree with you and perfectly understand why your players ran through and scored against Stoke.

    3. Should Villa have allowed Stoke to run through on goal from the kick off following your late equaliser? No, because no Villa player on the ball slowed and played the ball as if it were to go out, thus Stoke were not expecting the game to stop.

I agree that your players should not have allowed Stoke to regain the lead as your goal was perfectly legal, regardless of whether anyone was 'expecting' anybody else to stop.

    4. Were the Villa players sporting and did they play within the spirit of the game? No

Playing to the whistle removes areas for doubt. Just get on with the game until told otherwise unless there's an obvious head injury, leg breaker or genuine physical trauma and distress, as opposed to delaying the game just long enough to allow a dying fly to miraculously recover.

    5. Is Dean Smith an unsporting, hypocritical, whinging and or classless manager? No, he walks on water

I've never witnessed Dean Smith walking on water so I'll take your word for whether he does or not. Scoring a late equaliser against the Vile elevates J Rod' to a higher plane of existence though, thus negating the need to walk on water as he simply levitates. The rules of mankind, the FA or Vilers simply do not apply in this instance - SOTV and COYB .
