    Buying tickets online

The club have stipulated that we buy our home tickets online by registering an account. I’ve set one up tonight, once completed a long number in brackets appeared after my name. This I assume is the ‘customer number’ which is displayed on the style card. However the number on the screen is different to the number on my card. Can anyone else confirm the number that appears on the screen is the same or different as customer number displayed on their style card?

Sorry can't help you MJ, I've been trying to buy my tickets for over half an hour, then got a message saying there's a fault, try again later

Not to worry BBT, thanks anyway. Looks like the site can’t cope with demand, hopefully they’ll sort it quickly. I emailed them immediately last night, to be fair they responded first thing this morning. Hopefully our midfield can perform as quickly against the Villa!

    We now have this though...

Yes that is correct I really can't understand why we have waited so long to sell them we have been guaranteed a play off place for a while we could have put them on sale a stand at a time to stop everyone trying to log on at the same time also why is the ticket office not open today everything we do is so small time.

It's Bank Holiday, they would have to pay the staff double time.

I couldn't understand why STH were so desperate to get their seats when there are three days to do so. I then realised that, and I think that I'm correct, the away game will also be on sale from tomorrow so online sales will be inundated.

Finally got tickets sorted, after waiting in a queue for several hours, which I expect as most of us are back at work tomorrow, the process at the end isn’t straight forward. Maybe people who are experienced at using the online purchasing service are more savvy but coupled with curser problems on the payment page I’m sorry to say I’m not impressed.
