    JACKSON
    ISGROVE
    HEDGES

A few U23's such as Victor, Ben, Green, Bird out on loan - assuming they are all under contract for next season

Would certainly take up Bahre option to sign a player developing well and i honestly think he will perform well in the Championship

So IMO we need urgent quality signings at

    RB
    LB
    CD
    WINGER
    STRIKER

Of course we can only speculate on who we will lose but any of our senior players who either want to jump ship for more £ and club agrees to cash in will need replacing so my guess is we could be looking at around 8-9 senior players leaving 6 mentioned above plus possibly Davies, Pinnock & Lyndsay. So come 3rd August, 10+ new senior players could be wearing a Barnsley FC shirt - bit frightening.....init!
Jordan Green definitely needs loaning out to a League One club , a season at Accrington Stanley under Coleman would do all parties the world of good .

There's a player in there and Coleman would get it out of him in my opinion .

He’s 21 animall so fits the bill nicely ,think there’s a few clubs interested in him fortuna sittard been 1 as he spent time there on loan.

From The Mirror three years ago , looks right for our model and an up in the ante .

In my opinion the present squad are in four bands of ability----

Band 1--Consistent performers at Championship level
    Pinnock
    Woodrow

Band 2--Could hold their own at Championship level for some games but would struggle against the top half teams
    Davies
    Lindsay
    Mowatt
    McGheean
    Moore
    Cavare
    Dougall

Band 3--Need time to develop and could become Championship level but not there yet
    J Williams
    Brown
    Bahre
    Styles
    Jackson
    Walton

Band 4--Would be out of their depth at Championship level OR time to go on loan/release
    Thiam
    Fryers
    Pinnilos
    B Williams
    Green
    Hedges
    Miller
    Adeboyejo
    Wolfe

    Just my opinion.
Three or four experienced Championship level players needed by-passing the present Spreadsheet Youth Plan which won't work at Championship level

Maybe we could try offering Davo a 1year contract wi a promise that if reyt offer comes in Jan we let im go. Would give us a chance to stabilise and im a chance to showcase issen at champ level.

Not sure Davies covered himself in glory last time in Championship so he may feel that his stock is at its' highest now & gives him the best chance of enhancing his bank balance if not his reputation
Hadn't realised he was born in Germany mind so that may hold a little sway

There's plenty of young talent in that Coventry side that fits our criteria, plus there were a couple of young lads at Walsall, (Gordon & Dobson) that gave us a hard time.
Walsall went down so they shouldn't cost too much.
If Portsmouth don't go up I'd make an offer for Jamal Lowe.
Same goes for Charlton. They've got some good young lads, Solly & Aribo.
For experience I'd see about getting Roberts back from Birmingham on loan. He's nowhere near getting a game there.
The big lad Gnanduilet at Blackpool looks a handful
