Gun try When there's nothing to say it's best to say nothing

I 'insinuated' that Lawrence dived and not he is a cheat. A player can score a great goal but still be a waste of money. Messi can miss a penalty but still be the best player in the world. You should respect the opinions of others just as I respect yours and not demand apologies from them.
I found it amazing it even came to going to the FA for discussion
Andy Hinchcliffe on Sky was a disgrace, planting the seed after 2 seconds of viewing it
It just snowballed from there
I thought after seeing the replay his left foot was clearly impeded and Hinchcliffe still kept harping on he thought there was no contact
Hmmm...so you ‘insinuated that Lawrence dived and not he is a cheat’. What a wonderful world of fine lines you must inhabit, Guntery.
Anyway in post #20 on the ‘old guys’ thread you quite clearly suggest that Lawrence cheated.
You started the argument by raising the subject in the same thread...I ‘challenged’ your opinion and others suggested that if you looked at the video evidence, which MA also provided, you would see that there was contact.
Tbh I couldn’t care less whether you apologise or not, but - having presumably considered the evidence - the EFL appear to be in agreement, so while I do respect the opinions of others and your perfect right to your original opinion, I also believe that it is respectful to apologise when you are proved to be wrong.

I happen to believe that Geoff Hurst's 'goal' (WC 1966) was marginally over the line although maybe one day ultra-precise technology will, retrospectively, prove me wrong. Many others will therefore be proved wrong but they won't be queueing up to apologise to anyone. They will still inhabit a world of fine lines. If the EFL had proved me correct about Lawrence, I wouldn't expect or ask for an apology from you or anyone else.
Well you’d have got one...but it’s not actually about the rights and wrongs of a marginal decision.
For me it’s about you going out of your way to come on to the Derby site to insinuate that Tom Lawrence had cheated by diving.
I don’t get it...it’s not even as if you’re a frustrated Baggies’ fan...but even now, when all the evidence suggests you’re wrong, you still just can’t admit it.
It's clear to me that Guntery is either an outed or closet Leeds fan behind this Barnsley facade that he has been driven to by years of Leeds failure
