    We were told this could happen..

    Because a vote to leave would give us less influence within Europe.

    Again, it was much harder for the remain side to say with any certainty what a leave vote would mean, because it was so uncertain. So that is why there were forecasts from the remain side about what a leave vote could mean.

    Its not a lie to say, 'A vote to leave could mean X, Y, Z'

    It is a misleading statement to say 'We send £350m to the EU' when we don't.
