No wonder they are so against voter ID.

Oh no! You've got us banged to rights there Fire! A handful of nutty Labour councillors from 15 years ago when Tony Blair was PM

Can't argue against that can we. Labour are clearly corrupt and only beat the party you support with every fibre of your being by electoral fraud.

Game set and match to the Brexit Party.

We so nearly got away with it. That pesky, meddling Fire... *shakes fist

I never heard one person from the general public discuss the triggering of article 50 or negotiating period during the referendum debate!!

That's what the new and media have said is the reason for the victory.

This article is from 2005, you're a bit behind the times.

It might also explain, at least partially, how Sarah Champion managed to get elected in 2012 despite the grooming scandal and the previous MP being jailed for fraud.

This is what the Electoral Commission should be looking at but they're another biased left-wing organisation.

Agreed. But I did hear them discuss how easy it would to get a trade with the EU.

So why do you want to leave and trade under WTO regs?

Lol. You're posting articles from 2005 and you're saying that I'm behind the times?!

So Labour have a “well established election machine”. By that are you sure you mean ‘corruption’? Or do you mean strategy and volunteers working on the streets? If the former, try linking to recent evidence from reliable sources. If the latter, the organising team will probably say “Thanks Fire, very kind of you to say so”.

The Brexit Party have clearly loads of committed members and supporters who spend hours contributing to message boards. Where were these people on the streets of Peterborough? Or are they all idle, moaning wind bags who like to gripe and blame on social media but too lazy to get out and do some work to make their ‘vision’ come true?

Champion was elected as the people of Rotherham, democratically, felt that she was the best person for the job. A good thing about the Brexit Party success in Rotherham and districts is that it will shake that Labour complacency and make the MPs work harder for re-election in future. But the opposition will need to be credible and persuade the people of Rotherham that they have the best interests of the whole Rotherham public at heart. With recent history, I accept that Rotherham Labour will have to work extra hard and be demonstrably transparent.

Electoral Commission biased left wing etc! Lol. From your position Fire, every organisation is a biased left-wing organisation. All part of being as mad as a badger!

Because quite a lot of EU money goes to those industries while they let our steel industry fall off the cliff. This is why I voted to leave. You on the other hand cant see the trees for the Forrest.

    2. I’m saying that this doesn’t give Labour any more confidence that their current policy on Brexit is working and that they need to change tack.

    3. I’m saying that the results indicate that there is not a support in Peterborough for either Remain or a No deal Brexit
What part are you disagreeing with? If you are arguing that Peterborough is voting, on this election, for a No Deal Brexit, then please present your evidence for it.
What have you broken down? You are really missing the point again. Labour would have expected to walk this by election and they did not walk it they held on with the skin of their teeth.

I cant tell you what that result means as you have no idea about voting strategy etc so I will leave you with your own thoughts on it ok.

Yet you said earlier 'I would say that the selling off of the steelworks was the bigger factor to be honest with you.'
