Some are saying he's the front runner. West Ham page saying its almost a done deal. So......
And now we are interested in Lee Bowyer according to E & S. If true, and I hope not then it would not surprise me to find out our recruitment morons have tried to sound out Alan Ashman only to find out he is dead.![]()
We don't know how this board goes about its business but we do know that its very slow. Scrooge also comes to mind.
Bilic has gone West before and got Hammered
Start the car!!!
Never quite know what to make of this fella, he always struck me as someone who hated England when managing Croatia. We also know he’s a bi lingual, guitar playing qualified lawyer. Also, when watching him I can’t help but be taken in by his battle of ‘grow hair or shave it off’ due to his patchwork pate. Apart from that he looks and sounds like a KGB hitman!
At West Ham he made me sit up and take notice at the start, then it all went ‘saaaf’ and he hung around the touchline looking like a p1-5sed up groom at a wedding who’d seen the best man run off with his wife.
Question is, aside from his punditry commitments, why has nobody else touched him?
If he’s as desperate as Jenkins and co then it might be a case of one simple question.....
“So Slav whats it to be, KP or Planters?”
Oh nearly forgot....
.......LAI OUT!
He is the best name that has been touted yet. Plays good football, passionate, eccentric and would know and be able to tap into European talent, we could get some uncut diamonds.
Reportedly at our training ground again yesterday and 1-5 on with some bookies.
But we are Albion and i expect the club to announce after interviewing many managers over the last few weeks we are delighted to announce Michael Appleton as our new manager.
Hmmmm, that word again, thanks to Mr Peace and his due-diligence we ended up with old crispy duck breath.
It’s just cat and mouse isn’t it really? It’s no different to when I quote some of my jobs, some say yes when can you start, others start bartering, occasionally I may move a little but most of the time I walk away.
It’s the same at most levels in business.
But this doesn't seem to happen to other clubs for players or managers and didn't happen when Dan Ashworth was here we seem to try and employ managers that are out of work and hope they will drop to our wage structure and like you they most would rather walk away than manage us.
