Apparently Ladapo was on £225,000 last season with Plymouth, equates to £4,326 a week over 52 weeks.
If his move to Portsmouth broke down due to wage demands, how would a salary of £225,000 per year fit in with our pay structure?.

Well having read the 17 page thread on Plymouth fans forum ! I must say I am totally shocked that Warne is contemplating signing this player ?

Does not seem anything like a Warney type player! the most used phrase is, “does not put a shift in “ ?

Playing style is very reminiscent to Ruben Reed, very fast, laid back, does not like heading the ball, not a team player? but scores and Misses plenty of goals ?

Don’t think this one is sealed yet because Jacket pulled the plug at Portsmouth because they could not meet his wage demands ! Surely they pay more than us ? and we all know Warnes ethos on paying all his players a very similar wage ?

If he's fast and can't head it then it's the type of person we need to play off vassell and or smith. Someone running through instead of smith having to hold the ball up would suit just fine.

According to Wikipedia, he played 11 league games in 2017/18 and 20 games in 2018/19. Not sure why those figures are quite low, even taking into account he was out on loan for only part of the 2017/18 season
