What a great shout. Always have pre season optimism (regardless of East Fife). Today has only increased my good feelings. Can't wait for the next game

It might be an accumulation of 4 seasons of frustration, brought into focus by what i witnessed in the last couple of weeks, but that was one hell of a high that we achieved today!

Ray once said we expect 6 goals a game! No Ray, football and a win is enough, 4 goals by anyone is a fine bonus!

Think it was Ray that said we'll be at it shortly and some team was going to get a doing.

    Ray you were finally right

Due to the brilliant result today, not read much being said about the excellent 7k crowd..

I assume it was a cracking atmosphere.??

I have a bit of sympathy with Ray in that situation as he had to choose between a young, well regarded prospect who was by no means a prolific scorer, and an experienced arse who knew where the goal was, and he scored a fair few for us. Despite the many rumours that surrounded McDonald, i think he did enough to justify his time here.

Because of that, Lawrence dropped to a lower level, and we now have a better player for it, and i hope we get to see enough of him before he is snapped up.

Many good things today as well as the obvious, Butcher is key for one, Cammy Smith getting on and doing well setting up number 4, Appere what a bonus, he will give any defence in this league a tough time of it, they will have to with about him and others,Stanton did well though a prefer Harkes so good to see him get some game for to build after his injury, Robson was excellent... Centre backs cruised it.

Still have Pawlett to come in, think him or Cammy should be in before Clark

It's only one game and one win but keep that as a base level and same attitude / workrate and every other team will need to worry about us more so than the other way round...

Oh and Good crowd today 7000+ crowd (the third in a row home to Inverness, March was 7000+ and May saw 8500)

That really was excellent yesterday. Great performance and effort from the whole team. Shankland and Appere in particular really look like an exciting partnership in the making.

Excellent crowd and support from the Arabs.

Have to say that was a very disappointing away support from Inverness, first game of the season etc. But fair play to those that travelled to support their team.

Stokes, I think it was Jackie who made the 'some team is going to get a right doin, soon' remark, during the time he was taking United (sorry Shed) south?
