Bolton don’t qualify for a loan from the EFL.
The emergency loan has come from the PFA, totally different.

If we do sign anyone else, at least we can get them up to match fitness, with the mini break. Also more recovery time for the injured players.

    Well play d Stanley

The fundraising match between Accrington Stanley and Bury supporters on Saturday 10th August will be played on the 3G pitch at Accrington & Rossendale College, 12.30pm kick-off.

Following the suspension of our fixture with Bury, it was announced on Saturday that a game between supporters of both clubs would instead take place, and we can now confirm that the match will take place at Accrington & Rossendale College.

The day will begin at 12.30pm as the game gets underway, with the Clayton End Fan Zone being opened from 2pm for fans to come and have a drink and a bite to eat off the barbecue.

There will also various bucket collections around the Fan Zone, allowing supporters the chance to donate to a fund that will go to supporters of The Shakers in their fight to secure the future of their club.

EFL really need to sort something out, it’s just not right on other clubs not knowing if they have a game or not

    Bolton halt ticket sales

When are they going to get the 3 point deduction for last season?

Brentford were awarded the 3 points for the postponed fixture. Apart from that there is no specified penalty for failing to fulfil a fixture.

However in April the EFL stated:

"We deeply regret having to make the decision to suspend Saturday’s game and apologise for the inconvenience this will cause for all those involved, particularly the supporters of both Bolton Wanderers and Brentford. As stated yesterday, as a result of Bolton Wanderers not meeting its fixture obligations as per EFL Regulations, they will now be charged with misconduct and be referred to an Independent Disciplinary Commission."

That seems to be the last statement on the matter.
I know that a few on here have posted that it will get swept under the carpet.
I have never believed that the EFL could make such a statement and there would be no follow up - but I'm beginning to have my doubts.

Invariably the administrators are the main winners in these situations and will end up with a decent wedge. In this case they appear to be doing a terrible job. This may be down partly to having joint administrators and the hotel being dealt with differently to the club. I suspect it's mainly down to them being useless.

How can you award three points when the game wasn’t played? It could have been crucial for other club.

I don't think the efl rules actually state that the visiting team should be awarded 3 points. As you say it could have been crucial to Brentford.

However they did award Brentford the 3 points and a deemed 1-0 win
