Takeover would have been done last week if Bassini hadn't took a court order out.
Time for the youngsters to step up and any trialists that fancy signing on for them.
It's been a farce all along and took far too long to sort out.

Bury midfielder and owner go head to head live on the wireless.

    Absolutely

    Re Bolton

I see that the expected fees to be paid to the administrators, of both the club and the hotel, are likely to top £1.5 million
This, of course reduces the "kitty" for the unsecured creditors who will receive a fraction of the amounts owed to them.
Value for money? Who knows? Seems a lot of dosh for the progress made to date.

Chairman sounds like a bull shter and must have a hidden agenda why he won't sell. Commentators asked if he was looking to gain financially if the ground sold once the club folded which he dodged the answer

Don't think Dawson was telling the whole truth he said he's received one month payment from club and 2 month payment from PVA. Yet if he doesn't get paid he could loose his home. The lads 33. How's he going to pay his mortgage when he finishes playing. Does he not realise everyday jobs pay a lot less than he's getting now (or should be getting)
    It's a real sht fest.

Dawson was saying that the Chairman or others have only paid him a fraction of what his income should have been for a considerable period of time stretching back well into last season

Chairman said I've paid you last months salary since the cva so what's your problem.

So both parties to the argument were being economical with the facts.

At the end of the day the owner either doesn't have any money or doesn't want to spend it on Bury and he's got significant reasons for not selling. Meaningful Communications have broken down With players, staff, media, EFL, new buyers, supporters
A perfect storm to send a 100 yr old club to oblivion

What happens with Bolton if they get themselves out of the ****? Surely a season long transfer embargo? Now the season has started and their young academy lads are struggling, I don't think it would be fair for them to add to their ranks. Harsh on them perhaps, but the teams they've played so far will have had an unfair advantage over everyone who hasn't yet played them.

    Correct Hazza

Seriously how the hell are they still playing? It’s just wrong imo

The interesting thing for me is that the EFL bangs on about protecting the integrity of their competitions.
Perhaps they would like to explain how having one club regularly being forced to field a team of trainees and another having a succession of games postponed achieves that objective?
