Surely a decision to postpone in these circumstances has to come from the EFL and not from a club.
This isn't due to weather so I would have thought Bolton should be made to put their case forward and it's the EFL That makes the decision on whether the game should be postponed

The cynic might say that this has got nothing to do with preserving the wellbeing of young footballers but a deliberate attempt to delay Bolton,s season until the takeover is completed and then they can sign enough players to start picking up points.
These youngsters are not being sent to fight on the western front they are playing a game of football.
