Why has it taken so long for the mcinnes oot noise to grow. It's been this way for at least 2 seasons. The best team he had was inherited. The squad has gone backwards year on year. Hardly surprising, his teams have always been low scoring and horrible to watch. Must be due a reward soon. I'll give him that, skilled at manipulating improved contracts when there is no reason for it. Just go min.

Yet again in the aftermath of a ****show the club apologist in chief has been posted missing. How will he try and put his unique 'pravda' spin on yesterday's performance.

He's likely been up all night trying to come up with a way to shine a positive light on it. Wakey wakey afc1903sad let's be hearing you.

Will he beat his own record of 27 SPL goals in a season. He is off to a good start with the exception of the goal rush courtesy of the Jambos.

Stewart Milne knows how much the fans hate the Huns yet he still has the nerve to come away with that pish.

The reason he said that was because he doesn’t give a fvck what the fans want and he won’t give a fvck whether or not the majority of the fans want rid of McInnes.

As long as Stewart Milne is here McInnes job will be safe.

The reality is that there is no real appetite amongst our supporters to get rid of Milne and McInnes. We accept their p!sh and just keep giving them enough cash and numbers through the gate so they don’t become concerned.
Nothing is going to change if nobody wants it.

    That’s the sad reality.
Folk asking for McInnes to be sacked on here are farting against thunder.
For starters, he’s got a three year contract.
We all know Milne loves him.
I’d like to know what Dave Cormack thinks as his influence is obviously growing.

Milne? I'd think the majority if it was as easy as pushing a button on a smartphone app would vote him out.

Thing is with him there's also a fear, real or imagined of not getting a replacement "sugar daddy" if he left as if Milne ever filled that role.

McInnes? He could be adequately replaced in a week. Who could do worse really considering his budget.

He should of went the summer immediately after winning the league cup. That's when his stock was highest. Nowadays I can't see any club bigger than Aberdeen wanting him so we're lumbered.

Needing a mid league 1 or struggling championship club to come calling with enough pound signs to shift him. The problem is the perceived stock level of mcinnes has dropped. ****ty outlook

I used to be a supporter of McInnes - last season we were dire and I was getting impatient with him - this season I've lost patience and respect for him. It's really dire stuff. He's managed to properly alienate a lot of the fans now through a combination of...

    - playing hoofball most of the time
    - setting up defensively, even against lesser teams, and yet still shipping soft goals
    - bringing in players with no real passion or desire - I watched a Greg Leigh post match interview when we lost one of the games and it was as if he didn't care
    - bringing in players he doesn't know how to use - ie James Wilson (who he insults by giving him 5 mins at the end of some games, then playing him out wide, then taking him off after 60 mins even though he was our best attacking player)
    - bringing in too many similar players - Ojo, Ferguson, Bryson is not an effective midfield trio
    - not giving young players a run in the team when they're in form - Anderson last season for example
    - signing players that not a single supporter would ever think should be in an Aberdeen shirt - ie Curtis Main
    - persisting with other players who are beyond hopeless (and even playing them out of position) - ie Stevie May for the last 2 years
    - trying to be clever with fake stories of our players being injured - ie Cosgrove
    - trying to be clever with random player selections and tactics in certain games rather than sticking to what had been working - ie certain games against the OF in previous seasons
    - talking total nonsense after games which almost seems like he was watching a different match altogether.

The thing is there's still a reasonable set of players there and with a rejig of starting line up, positions, formations and tactics we should still be good enough to beat most teams in the league and play some decent football. Instead we're stuck with dire football every week which is painful to watch and is proving ineffective in terms of getting results
