Was there ever a change in mood howdy? The original question was never worded to take account of the fact that there might be a no deal scenario. That idiot Cameron never thought it through. It was just a knee jerk, xenophobic referendum based on that particularly time when terrorist activities were rife. How many would have voted to come out if voters had been warned that a no deal could result from that? Latest opinion polls show less than you may think.

Plus why should anybody be ashamed for arguing against a xenophobic referendum? Perhaps those who voted for Brexit should be ashamed if that is the reason why they did it.

Yes I am more of an idiot than a toff like David Cameron. I wasn't born into privilege like him. A stupid thing to do on my part...Only a comprehensive education for me never got to Eton and all that. I didn't have a pampered ubbringing or a rich mummy and daddy. I have never put my knob in a pigs mouth by the way maybe that's what clever people do...

I wouldn't say that all brexiteers are racist/ xenophobes, I know a number of lefties who voted for Brexit who abhor such views. If you reread what I posted I said that if that was the reason certain people voted for Brexit.

By the way, I don't care if the opinion polls are wrong, I still think that it would be disastrous for ordinary folks in this country to come out of the EU without a deal.

I'm not even talking to Remainers anymore, over three years now and still not one of them has said a single positive thing about EU and why we should stay, and most of them don't know a thing about the EU so you can't even debate the issue. So all they have is name-calling and abuse.
