Agreed on the first point. As always Merkel will overrule Macron and we will get an extension. Not convinced it will only be three months though as the Europeans won't want to go through this sh1t again in January.

I still think that Brexit may happen though. Looks almost certain we will have a general election. If the Tory's win a majority then Brexit will happen as all the moderate MP's are being purged and will be replaced by swivel-eyed loonies who will support Brexit. If a combination of Labour/LibDem/SNP have a majority then I think we are heading for another referendum and at that point Brexit will either happen or not depending on the vote outcome (no way parliament blocks Brexit again if Leave win again).

Big fly in the ointment are the Lib Dems. Dedicated to stopping brexit but still Tories in disguise so I can't see them getting into a coalition with Labour.

Their stated policy is to stop Brexit but to give the people the final say so I could see them supporting Labour to pass a second referendum law and whatever other legislation to delay Brexit in the meantime. They could then stay outside a formal coalition and then either vote for or against a minority Labour Government as they see fit and to stop the worst of Corbyn's extremes. Probably then leads to another General Election once Brexit is determined one way or another as a minority Labour government will fall over something or other

Parliament being prorogued early. Shoppy shutting tonight.

Boris is "frit". What a "big girl's blouse". Running scared of parliamentary scrutiny as he just can't handle it.

Poison dwarf Bercow has resigned. He's like those bent referees who are always giving Sevco dodgy penalties.

Huns showing no class as usual. No applause, only Liddington showing he's human.

On twitter the Poundland Duce only tweeted "good riddance". He's a very bitter little man.

Aye. Take a bow. Easy to forget he's a Tory. Wonder who will replace him.

Would be good if Betty Boothroyd came back. She was a treasure.

Betty is 89, she's not coming back. She was the last good speaker, there would have been none of this anti brexit jiggery pokery if she was in charge.

Good speaker? Take a bow bercow? The whole place should be burned to the ground. Sooner we can get rid the better.
