What did you make of the report I linked to that demonstrated the minimal, if any, impact of immigration on wages? What aspects of that report do you disagree with?

Thanks for digging that out biglad.

It's a shame the BBC doesn't give that caller some airtime in a balanced argument type of way.
Key facts like he's just described need to be made available to large parts of the general public but then again it doesn't paint the picture they would like.

No-one at the BBC has even met someone who voted leave.

I think most people, including me, voted leave because they don't the EU.

I still don't like them, and I like their rabid, anti-democratic Remainiac supporters even less.

Is that your best response to the man who until recently ran the Port of Dover?

    Nice bit of straw .

So if a working family have to rely on a foodbank to support themselves in the UK that's perfectly fine because in Africa people actually die of starvation .

Sorry that doesn't work for me as both examples are totally unacceptable .

Be clear. I’ll do my best.
I'm interested how you create good working conditions and culture that motivate your staff .

I'll take it as read you are aware nobody but nobody can motivate anyone for any great length of time and motivation is achieved by self motivation only aided by good working conditions , pay and a top notch culture .
