    No that's not right. They all have mandatory retirement dates when they turn 75 and given they are all old duffers by the time they are appointed they are all fairly well time restricted

    It doesn't matter how time restricted they are, we can't kick them out.

    As we have seen with this Tory mob (and remember I'm a Tory voter saying this) the last thing we need is a Government that decide to only follow laws that they like. You need the checks and balances that an independent judiciary provides surely?

    Get rid of the Supreme Court and go back to the old system of the house of Lords being the top court. It worked fine before Tony Blair f@cked it up.
