Whilst I understand Johnson's sentiment he's sailing very close to the wind in my opinion .
If the highest court in the land declares he's misled the queen and parliament then he's misled the queen and parliament and that's that .
The problem now is that parliament and the remainers have gained the moral high ground and he managed to unite the opposition party's and who knows how many enemy's he's made in his own party .
Whilst ever leave could bang the democracy drumb and rightly claim we are leaving then Johnson comes along and gifts them the initiative by acting undemocratic and now the highest court in the land says he is .
Who knows where we go from here .
