Rev, there is a difference between banter and utter stupidity. My post was banter. Intended as such anyway. What the 2 drivers did was utter stupidity.

With regard to your award, the act of allowing Villa to score was a very sporting one and I said that at the time on Derby fora.

I don't hold this riposte from you against you. I have broad shoulders and can take it. I also try and be honest when I post. Read my post on last weekend's game on this board. How we got a point still amazes me.

Have a good season. If we play you next season it will be in the PL but I don't think we will. Keogh out for the season. Lawrence and Bennett will probably get a club ban and have to fight their way back in. It wouldn't be the first time somebody had been jailed for DD depending on the circumstances and those are not yet known. I won't be feeling sorry for them, whatever they get.

Nothing will happen, it's not Leeds and "the authorities" will deem it not to be within their jurisdiction but that of the local constabulary, mark my words.

Aye mate, they are talking of rehabilitating the said players back into the squad......surely a fairy tale? Rehabilitating? The should be rehabilitated alright in every hospital around the country at there own cost to all the victims and there families who have lost and suffered to assholes like these.....and shame on that club for even talking of rehabilitating these wasters....

God the schitt our club would get if it was our players/staff........hence Maddgate.

Can't help feeling that all the fuss on here is a little OTT - and before I get shot down in flames I agree that DD is a serious issue often with dire consequences, but all the same I think it is probably something some on here have done in the past given the average age.
Reminds me of all the "Outrage" I heard in the house of commons last night - ohh my god... did he say "Popycock" such wicked language!

Hey mate, I understand about the drink and drive, but these clowns.......high-end cars, speeding and racing one another takes it to a different level, in my book. A recipe for disaster, they got lucky and so did the likes of Mr and Mrs and family driving along on there way home......thats the difference. They should have the book thrown at them imo.

I think a $200,000 fine for derby sounds just about right.
