So there is supposed to be a clear the air meeting between players, coaches, manager and hierarchy(probably just Penfold) this week.
My question is WHY?The local rag defend Bruce and wont question Ashley in the way they should. The TV media wont have a word said against him or the club. The players tell us they are enjoying it under Bruce.
So what is the point of this meeting if we are supposed to believe nothing is wrong?
We are not blind, performances tell us this club is sinking fast and problems are deep rooted. My take is more players are unhappy than the other way round.

Makes no difference to either Bruce or Fatty .. Objective is finish 4th bottom .. Gambling on Watford , Norwich , villa etc to go down and us to scrape some results .
Just accept relegation now...
Then endure a season of dead rubbers and pointless hammerings
For the Vile, Watford and Norwich to be below us and go down we have to be beating those teams and others too and this club under Fatty and Bruce is not doing this and is just just not capable.
I can only see us pulling off the occasional surprise win, like at Spuds and not going on good consistant runs of wins and draws which is necessary to be an established mid table team.
That Match against Vile is going to be crucial they are pretty poor and leak goals for fun too, if we dont get a quality striker in January we are down But will ashley allow another striker to be signed after wasting 40m on Joelinton. Man U looked pretty bland last night but they can look pretty useless and will still beat us. Only Hope is if Bruce makes wholesale changes IE Start the Saint that would be a positive it might just work but can see him only doing minimal changes and we lose heavily.
We will get the occasional decent result over the course of the season, but nowhere near enough to get above 38 points...
We are phucked
I think that's unfair on Joelinton. He's not a bad player. He's not in the box enough but he's got no support, no people running up to help him when the ball is lumped up to him.
Sure he's missed a couple he could have scored...but he gets so few chances...he can't be expected to have the confidence to hit every shot!
It wouldn't matter who we played upfront at the moment. I can't believe we didn't buy a decent cm or No.10...then again Brucie boys first idea was to build the team around Shelvey...
