We were as bad as it sounded. I watched the whole game and we were basically dire for all but 15 minutes of it.
The sending off obviously killed the game off as a contest but that was only because we were never really in a contest after it due to too many players simply looking off colour or not willing to battle.

There was nothing good to come from that game.
The sending off just made things more skewed. It killed the game for us in terms of even riding some luck and having a little bit ourselves. We deserved neither.

We need a massive upsurge in everything for the next match against Man utd.

It's refreshing to see you actually tell it like it is...I'm sure there will be some good games, the Saint looks like a talent and there are others that can up their game.

Its not looking good though...there is no reason why it should under Bruce. You can pretend he's got a good record all you like..Fact is that of any manager that has been in charge of more than 250 games in the Prem...only Bryan Robson has a worse record than our current manager.

And don't go there...given the chance to take charge of that number of games does not mean he deserved them!

Rinse and repeat I believe the saying goes.

Given that he replaced Rafa Benitez with Steve Bruce, can you imagine the type of fuckwit he'd replace Steve Bruce with???

    don't even go there

It's painful enough thinking about Bruce as "the man" without sinking any lower - who would have thought it possible

Isn’t a PL manager saying he doesn’t know much about tactics a bit like a doctor saying he doesn’t know much about medicine?

What have you got to offer then, Bruce? Man management? Motivational skills?

    Only at Newcastle.

Bruce has the lowest win rate over a significant amount of games in the Premiership and stats don’t lie

The problem is that he wanted the job and did the dirty on Shef Weds to take it. Apparently he was 11th choice even Big Sam knocked us back

If he falls on his sword and walks away which if things don’t go right after the next 5 games I think he will. Then who in his right mind would take the job with us in a relegation spot my guess is no one.
