    Well it's certainly flapping it's wings BT, the EU could put rocket boosters on it if they wanted, but will they ?

    There are an awful lot of things Boris couldn't do BT, starting with a London Mayoral election many years ago. I wouldn't put anything beyond our Boris, he makes doing the impossible look easy. Having said that, I won't be putting money on this getting through. We'll see.
