O/T Will your Remain/Leave view effect your General Election vote ?

I voted leave (and incidentally ‘No’ in 1968) and politically consider myself a ring wing socialist !
Notwithstanding, I’m afraid I am not a supporter of Jeremy as a party leader, so he will not get my vote at a General Election.
I was wondering whether staunch Tory ‘remainers’ on here will vote Conservative and similarly whether Labour ‘leavers’ would vote Labour?
Will Brexit decide who gets your vote ?
    PS What about HS2

This will probably be the most intriguing election for years. I will vote for Lib Dems as I'm an arch Remainer and my prediction is that Lib Dems will take seats off Tories and Labour in remain supporting areas. SNP will definitely take Tory seats in Scotland. It will be interesting to see how the Brexit Party get on and whether that splits the Leave vote or if they take any Labour seats in the north.

I think the smart money has to be on a hung parliament with the Tories winning the most seats. Which could end up leaving us in even more limbo than we currently are.

I’m a centre right person Prando.

Voted for Blair but wouldn’t vote for the scum now in charge at Labour.

Voted UKIP in European elections but never for the Brexit Party and wouldn’t now.

Anybody who leans towards the right is out of their minds if they vote for the Brexit Party this time around as it’ll let in a coalition on the mad,the bad and the sad!

My feeling is that most Tory leaning “Leavers” will desert Farage and vote Tory whilst at the same time working class Northern voters will stick with the Brexit Party or hold their nose and vote Tory rather than vote for Corbyn.

I think the Tory’s will win a decent majority with close to 40% of the electorate and Dim Lemmings will “prepare for government” and as usual in their good times nick a few seats from Tory’s and a few more from Labour.

Labour and the Tory’s will get wiped out in Scotland.

A strong Labour Party with a “Remain” agenda would probably win a governable margin if they were in bed with the Dim Lemmings but as usual it’ll be the Corbyn factor that will scupper this.

So I’ll stay Tory and I predict a governable win without the need for the DUP with Dims gaining and Labour taking a kicking and the SNP winning all but a couple of seats in Scotland.

Afterwards Corbyn will resign and the dim witted Rebecca Wrong-Daily will be forced upon Labour as their new leader.

This government has let the country down. We had a poll which said the people want out of the Union and they haven't delivered. So I won't be voting for them. They also have barmy Boris in charge.
Farage is a slimy, unpleasant person who I wouldn't trust to hold my place in a bus queue.
Labour have the wrong leader. Struggle to see how I can vote for him.
Lib Dems are, as always, irrelevant.
Why are we having an election anyway? That won't solve Brexit or give us a party who can run the country as there is next to no chance of any of them holding a majority.

That’s true if people use your analogy as above and don’t bother voting.

Quite how this is the government’s fault when opposition have blocked at every opportunity is beyond me?

As for Boris.....they are all liars.

You’re sounding like a Snowflake Chris.....”Man up” FFS and cast a vote.

I hope and pray that the Tories get back in. I may not be Boris' greatest fan but compared to his opponents he is the stand out candidate. How anybody can contemplate voting for Corbyn, I just do not know. Then you have the Liberal DEMOCRATS. How they can use the word Democrat for the title of their party is absolutely beyond belief. They have to be the most undemocratic party in the history of British politics. Then you have their leader, Jo Swinson. Do I need to say any more? I just hope that Nigel Farage doesn't split the Brexit vote. The other parties are an irrelevance. I couldn't care less about Sturgeon as all she's interested in is independence. God help Scotland if they get it is all I can say!
It just shows how desperate Boris' opponents are by advocating votes for sixteen year olds. Where will their conniving end? Surely the British public will see through this disreputable action. I would describe myself as a moderate Tory but the way all the other parties have been so undemocratic in blocking Brexit in any way they can is pushing me more to the right.

And they think Long-Bailey or “Wrong-Daily” as she’s called by fellow Labour MP’s is going to be Corbyn’s successor lol 😆

I’d love to see Watson lose his seat,it’s almost worth moving to West Brom just to be able to vote!

    Almost 😆

Haven't we already had this discussion? Of course it's the governments fault. They had a overall majority in the commons. All they had to do was agree on a deal and Brexit would've gone through, but decided to have a election and lost their majority.
I really don't see how you can blame everyone else apart from the Tories.
Really can't see how a election will solve anything. The vote is too split between parties for any of them to get a overall majority.

We’ll continue this on 13th Dec when Labour have been reduced to a “rump” party and Corbyn is being hoisted up a lamppost by his troops.
