    Frank Skinner's Blue Heaven

I'd never knew this existed until I found it on All 4 catch up service.

There are 7 episodes, and the pilot is all Albion with a Song for Albion about Bobby Hope's goal against Ipswich.

I remember a bit of it filmed on the old Brummie. A series I did not originally see was Baddiel and Skinner Unplanned. I came across these not long ago on YT and have now seen many of them. Frank is on really good form a lot of the time in them.

It was great seeing Hunt and Taylor kick off in that stadium scene. 2 upfront, those were the days.

I cannot believe I didn't see this 25 year old show before.

Was it really 25 years ago? I watched it when it was on, really enjoyed it but at the same time can't remember too much about it. I'm the same with most things.

I have never heard of it, let alone seen t before. I have now watched episode 1 which was a great funny watch. Hope the others are as good.

They don’t make comedy like that any more.

The others have scenes of Stourbridge and Smethwick but no more mention of Albion.

I think channel 4 must have insisted on a Albion free series after commissioning it after the pilot as I don't believe Frank Skinner would have made that choice himself.
