apologies for no dee promotions lottery results since 6 dec

I have just been looking at the club website and the DeeLotto results for last Friday 20th December have not yet been published.
I would have thought that any teething problems would have been sorted out by now

Just another example of the club being happy to take fans' cash but being reluctant to communicate with us. I wonder if this failure to announce results will be in some way non compliant with the conditions of their lotteries license?

it really pisses me off,if Alison is on holiday etc then everything appears to stop.

its been a real pain in the arse sometimes,trying to see the results
iv said it before if it was the irish lottery or similar id be stopping playing it,and patience is starting to wear thin with the clubs lottery

Earlier this year the same thing happened when Alison was on holiday. I emailed the club and from memory I received an email advising that the staff were very busy with other things and did not have time to carry out the lottery draw.
In my opinion when Alison is on holiday or off ill then a member of the staff at Dens should be delegated to ensure that the DeeLotto draw is carried on time.
