    A mixture of the few comments they have made in public, the observations I've heard from a few people around them, and a bit of my own opinion and gut feeling about the type of characters they are. I could be wrong of course, but they just seem to have a completely different, calmer, less emotional and more analytical mindset compared with Hardy or Trew (or indeed many other football chairmen).
