So, Saxo, how do you explain the Bristol City performance, then?
And why are people ignoring the fact that we had five top players out injured for the Huddersfield game?
I hate this selectivity of facts to try and support a particular line of argument.
The extremists on the Telegraph site even blame the injuries on Mowbray!

He's the manager and is responsible for everything, no question, that's his job, it is that simple.
He isn't learning, he is old school.
I am not calling for his head yet far from it,but there has to be a point that squad rotation actually damages consistency.
Our best run came largely with a un tinkered team.
Exactly
I think it's quite a few things. We went 9 days without playing after Bristol City. Then we play 4 games in 9 days. Thats down to Sky TV shifting our Wigan game to Monday night. We have played more games after tomorrow, than any other Championship side in these 9 days. Its killed us.
Losing the best & most important player in Dack was a blow. Losing Tosin was a blow. Losing Evan's was a blow.
I do feel things have conspired against us over this 9 day period, and due to the games and no time in between, it was inevitable we would make changes.
But none of that changes the fact that Elliott Bennett is bloody awful. When he plays RB, we tend to not win. That's been the case all season. So bringing him in now will only ever result in one thing. He gives goals away. He sets the tone as captain. He is a joke.
And he does bring certain people back, who offer nothing, like Rothwell. But others like Brereton don't even get a chance. He came in, played well vrs Bristol. Looked like he needed a few games. Next game hes taken out of the side. To never be seen again. Some where forced through injury. Some due to fatigue.
Some of if it was luck. Some is down to poor management. And poor tactics. It all results in 1 win in 5 games.
Totally get that saxo.
You cannot help forced changes but he also replaced players who were still fit and healthy.
If you have just played your best game of the season, why change a winning formula?
Its moments like these that baffle me with mowbray.
