    10 Years From Today...

Looking back 10 years it's hard to take where Notts are now but where do we all think we'll be 10 years ahead?

If you went 11 years back when we were languishing near the bottom of league 2, you probably wouldn’t be all that surprised where we are now.
With stability and sensible investment, I’d love to think we could be back in the championship.

Me too. It may be a dream too far with the state of football finance but who knows?

Optimistically if we are an established top 10 L1 team that would be seen as real progress. Realistically, if we are playing league football then happy days.

That’s my fear though. It won’t.
Many fans were anything but happy when we were in league one. Even when we only missed out on the playoffs by goal difference.

No idea where Notts will be but you'll be a Tory Councillor.

    It’s all about managing expectations.

No more bloody 5 year plans to the championship, no more promises of promotion pushes.

The reason fans expectations get out of hand is because owners have set them too high.

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm more concerned that we do really well and end up in the Championship. My season ticket will cost more, it'll be harder to park and I'll have to keep my elbows in because I will have other people sitting next to me. Quite frankly my matchday experience will be ruined.
