Fair play to Ayling as stomp says he was a bit iffy for a while after injury but recently he's stepped up to the plate..but he needs to continue for the rest of the season if he can.

Admittedly after his return from injury he was a bit shaky for a while.

It's an award for December, not the season: As brilliant as White has been almost all season, he wasn't great against Birmingham, and OK'ish v Fulham, where as Ayling has had a good consistent last month, which is why a majority of fans voted for him, as the monthly award is voted on by fans....
Exactly my point, agree with you mate - Only on here!

To be fair Aylings been pretty solid for the last few weeks - Harrison & White also, but he is one of ours, not a loan player, maybe playing in the shop window ( more so White )

If you believe the rumours White could be at Chelsea/Liverpool next season..even if we do go up I would be amazed if he signed for us!

Yeah, he can beat 2 or 3 players but then ends up beating himself.
Still, he’s come on leaps and bounds since last season and if he improves as much next season then.....

Ayling needs some consistency, he can play 2 or 3 blinders and then 2 or 3 as if he was blind.
Pretty versatile too which is what Bielsa seems to like.

Isn't he on like 6 goals and 5 assists already this season?

Already?? He's a winger who has played played 26 championship matches. 2153 minutes on the pitch. Aioski, who's been mostly left back has played 1436 mins has 4 goals and 3 assists. West Brom's Perreira, a right winger, has 5 goals and 14 assists from 1847 mins on the pitch. Those are Championship only stats. If they're good enough for Bielsa they're good enough for me, as is Harrison's selection.
Harrison seems a good lad and he did brilliantly for the 1st goal in the B'ham game but the goal was a pass back until it deflected off someone. And I feel sorry for him when he gets a bolloc king from one of our players. Such as the 1st goal for Birmingham when Ayling chewed him out for ball watching and leaving the guy to run down the wing and pass to for the 16 yr old to score. Ayling had a go at him more than once in that game. I want him to have a blinder every game he plays because he plays for us but I just don't rate him. Soz to those offended, but I'm entitled to my opinion.

To be fair to Harrison...Perreira has 5 goals 10 assists, and usually plays more central role than Harrison doesn't he? So different type of assists not always crosses...
