    FAO Footymad administrators

Whoever ‘looks after’ this site, for God’s sake sort out the times on the posts. For example, Mick’s joke post has a time stamp of something like 08:37pm; are you too stupid to realise that there is no such time? You make yourselves look like idiots. For your enlightenment, 0837 is sometimes shown as 8:37am; 8:37pm is really 2037. Get it right or employ someone who knows what they are doing.

I agree...time is important to get right. You started this thread at 01:08 am.
    Is that right?

It is down to footymad to change it nothing to do with us mods. Anyway there is no such thing as as time, just something invented by humans to give themselves another thing to worry about.

So is anything invented by humans not real? I’m thinking of currency, laws and football.

I posted this at 8.35 am, otherwise known 08:35.

Correct. What else is there to do at that time of the morning? The pub had closed so posting on here seemed a reasonable thing to do, at the time......!!!!

So possibly for half the time...it is correct.
It gets confused when it goes pm...perhaps.

    Quite true 55....
The only true time is present.
The only time you can do anything is now.
    Not tomorrow.
    Not yesterday.
Just now. Einstein figured that one out. There is only now...
    Strange but true...👍

Are you simply saying that 08:36PM should have the leading 0 dropped so that its 8:36pm?
I like am and pm otherwise you simply end up converting it back to am/pm in your head.
24hr clock is not for normal life. my clock goes around twice a day, am and pm

This site has gone down the pan.

As technology advances this thing actually gets worse.

You no longer see who’s placed the post it just says “Today’” which means f hook all.

You no longer see the list of the top historical posters either.

The emojis have disappeared as well.

Every time they do an “upgrade” it gets worse.......it’s just as well that almost nobody reads or contributes anymore.

The one that really gets my goat is 12am or12pm, there are no such times, it's 12noon or 12 midnight
