Agree totally. And if anyone is unable to warm to Smith after he runs his blood to water every match it isn't Smithy who has "summat missing".

CAM. Do me a favour and remove my post please. I hate to rock the boat.
@ brin. Wembley goal overshadowed revs great away goal Vs preston. (Just like the 3 vass scored over xmas.) I can think of several others though non as good as wembley goal

You obviously have every right to your opinion and long may you exercise that right. However, you then get arsey when someone posts their opinion of your opinion.

That's the thing though patty. You can't give your opinion on my opinion. Opinions are never right or wrong plus you finish it by throw in a insult just to push home your non opinion.
    Just my opinion like. ...

Ow forgot the insult on the end

Just my opinion but I never liked him. Always preferred Carl Gilbert and Dick Habbin, but I was young then and easily swayed by hairstyles

It is perfectly acceptable to be of the opinion that another person's opinion (in this case yours) is bizarre. And why is it OK for you to say that there "is summat missing" with Smith, but not OK when I suggest there is "summat missing " with you?
Just asking as one of our famous posters would say

Not an out and out goal scorer but by eck his work rate is immense and for me he is one of the best signings we have ever made. When Kieffer Moore went back I thought we would never replace him but then Michael came along. He is Championship Quality in a team full of Championship quality players.

Reading this thread made me think about strikers and here are a few in my 54 years of supporting the Millers. I have listed the name appearances and number of goals for the club.

    David Gwyther 162/45

    Michael Smith 91/21

    John Galley. 108/46

    Ronnie Moore 125/52

    Shaun Goater 209/70

    Bobbie Williamson 93/49

    Alfie 93/52

    Trevor Phillips 322/82

    Alan Lee. 111/37

    Alex Revell. 150/28

    Mark Robins 107/44

    Ryan Taylor 134/23

    Carl Gilbert. 108/44
