    Well our bid for a treble of doubles was well and truly scotch’d but I would have given a bottle of whiskey just to see the look on Warnock’s face if we had hit a last minute winner.

    Bloody hell BT, not asking much are you, that rate over a full season would give you more points than City won the PL with last season. We simply aren't good enough to keep that rate up, nowhere near good enough.

    The referee awarded a goal kick after Jay had missed. He overruled the AR who had wrongly flagged because the ball was played back by the Toon player. Whether seeing the flag go up had had an effect on Jay is open to debate, however, he should have scored but didn't!

    yes,he should have scored.. Newcastle are in danger of going down along with Brighton unless they start scoring again..
